Legoland latest tenant for forthcoming Dubailand

Merlin Entertainments Group, the world's second largest visitor attraction operator, announced today the formation of a strategic alliance with Tatweer, a member of Dubai Holdings, to create LEGOLAND Dubailand -- the first LEGOLAND Park to be built outside of North America and Europe.

And Dubai keeps adding to the list. What's crazy is that as of today there isn't a single major theme park attraction in the country, but in the next several years they're opening more than half a dozen, starting with the F1 park next year. I just flew to India on business and looked at stopping over in Dubai, but there's nothing there yet that I'm interested in. However, in five years I'll kill for a stopover, assuming these places stay in business.
