It's interesting they would settle because it would seem that the ride manufacturers would be at fault for these sort of patent issues. It's also interesting which parks this company picked to sue. Darien Lake? Too bad we can't see more details on the case.

Is it that patent disputes are out of control, or that what you allowed to get a patent on is out of control. I always found it funny that the boxing announcer was allowed to patent the slogan "Let's get ready to rumble" That's almost as bad as Trump trying to patent the phrase "Your fired" Now that I think about it, I don't know if those are patents or copyrights, but either way, I thing they're funny.*** This post was edited by Jason Hammond 11/21/2007 12:06:46 AM ***
