Wild West World's fate will shift into the courts later this week after two days of meetings with a potential buyer ended without an offer for the bankrupt theme park. On Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, lawyers for Overland Park-based Bank of Blue Valley will renew their request to seize four rides leased to the park in 2006. Read more from The Wichita Eagle.
